These sessions explore the collective creativity of an ensemble through physical training drawn from a variety of training methods (mainly VIEWPOINTS, Theatre of Gestures)
The main emphasis will be on play and group devising techniques as well as on finding a strong ‘voice’ and ‘body’ as an individual within the group.
The training is suited for any performer or non performer who has an interest in exploring acting in a playful and physically engaging way. It is ideal for anyone who is curious about diving into his or her own wisdom be it physical or mental.
Lukas Angelini, trained as an Actor in Zurich, Switzerland and worked with many different theatre groups in Europe and the UK. The trainings offered will be influenced by teachings which he encountered throughout his career from around the world be it the Suzuki Training Method for Actors, The ‘Viewpoints’ training, Theater der Gestik (theatre of gestures) and Zen.
Please note that these sessions have already been running for over six years. Newcomers are welcome. Contiunous commitment is strongly recommended as this enables the training group to evolve and flourish.
